One account for the whole team

An API for your own software

Create keys in the portal and send SMS, read delivery reports, top up SIP lines and fetch call records from your own systems. Same prices and the same rules as the portal.

Every key gets only the access you tick: SMS, VoIP or account.

API access is turned on per account: open a support ticket and we turn it on for you.

A SIP line is a set of credentials that lets a compatible application register and make or receive calls through the SecretVoIP network.

Yes. Call rates and SMS rates are public on this site, and they are the same prices customers see in the portal.

Yes. Each SIP line uses one route at a time, and that route sets the country the line can call. You pick it in the portal, see the per-minute rate first and can switch whenever you like.

One SMS is up to 160 characters, or 70 when the text has emoji or other characters outside the standard SMS alphabet. Longer texts are not sent, so you never pay for split messages.

Yes. Use a name of up to 11 characters (symbols like / - & are fine), or a phone number.

Yes. The client account creates API keys in the portal. A key can send SMS, read delivery reports, list SIP lines and calls, top up SIP lines and read the balance.

Any standards-compatible SIP application, including Zoiper, PortSIP, Linphone, MicroSIP and similar clients.

Yes. You add balance in the portal and call charges are deducted from it.

A team can have up to 5 SIP lines.

No — Team Members only see the SIP line assigned to them.

Balance can be added from the billing section of the portal once you are signed in.
